YOUR ROLE

Our UKIN Human Resources team have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and commercially minded HR Business Partner where you will work in collaboration with senior leaders within our Contract Logistics business unit in Gothenburg, Sweden.

You will play a pivotal role in cementing a crucial link between the business and human resources and supporting in key projects that underpin our ongoing journey of business change and transformation.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

This is a unique opportunity to join our high performing Human Resources team, working within a HR Business Partner model alongside an amazing HR Shared Services, Resourcing, Learning & Development, and Reward teams, supporting the business with the deployment of strategic projects relating to new business, reward, employee engagement, organisational change, performance management, talent management and employee relations.

Using your exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will drive engagement and influence the Business Unit Directors and General Manager population to consider the risks and benefits of their decisions in order to find commercially viable and pragmatic solutions for their sites.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an exceptionally talented, brilliant, and driven individual with a dynamic and innovative style who will proactively build relationships with key business leaders using a collaborative, partnership approach. You will also be a credible and commercial operator who is comfortable working at pace in a transformative and contract-led business environment with significant experience of managing TUPE, change and leading projects. Excellent problem solving and influencing skills are also key requirements for this role.

Ideally you will have some great experience working for a third-party logistics provider or distribution operation or similar and be familiar with managing change, TUPE regulations and the whole talent agenda.

This role requires someone who has a good level of english speaking and understanding as you will engage with a wider population of colleagues across our UK, Ireland and Nordic teams.
