This role can be done remotely from anywhere in Sweden or the UK. If you are located close to our offices you are welcome to go to the office as well.


Who You Are:



As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and nurturing relationships across our Life Science portfolio. Your focus will be on engaging end-users within assigned academic, governmental, and hospital accounts throughout the Nordics and UK. In this dynamic remote/inside sales position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders in research laboratories, including Principal Investigators, Lab Managers, Research Scientists, and Technical Support Staff.

Leveraging your scientific expertise, you will identify innovative solutions and provide valuable insights to our customers. Your role will involve managing stakeholders to pinpoint high-priority and high-value opportunities, ensuring that you deliver exceptional results. You will coordinate all customer support functions, empowering our clients to achieve their objectives and maximize business potential.
As an Account Manager, you are expected to utilize available tools and resources to meticulously track and report sales activity, share account knowledge, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Your efforts will contribute to sustainable, profitable, and predictable growth. You will harness lead identification and qualification, strategic call planning, pipeline management, and performance monitoring to drive sales and achieve ambitious growth targets.


Who You Are:


  • Scientific degree or equivalent, with a solid understanding of relevant lab techniques.
  • Sales experience in a similar industry, showcasing your ability to drive results.
  • Exceptional account planning skills that set you apart.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of producing and interpreting sales data in various formats.
  • Excellent digital presentation skills paired with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • A flexible approach, thriving in autonomous, collaborative, or team settings.
  • Proficient English skills, any Nordic language knowledge is an advantage.
