BU of Nidec Leroy Somer, Nidec Power, is looking for an Inside Sales and Project Engineer, team with 2 outside sales personals, to join its Nordic and Baltics Region subsidiary based in Södertälje in Sweden.
What are you going to do?
Based on information from the outside sales engineer or directly from the customer, you will analyze and understand technical needs, prepare quotations concerning Nidec Power product and pricing lists.
You will also make a close follow-up of all quotations sent and ensure quotations are converted into firm orders by maintaining contact with customers.
You will manage and execute the projects with the manufacturing plant and the customers once the order has been received.
You will ensure products are delivered to customers sites according to planned deadlines and quality standards.
You will also be in charge of customers claims from the receiving to the closing phase.
Improve sales by suggesting new products or solutions, explaining technical features
You will keep up to customers data, notes, follow-up actions of all sales related activities in NIDEC POWER CRM
You will also have to update the job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and take part in educational opportunities.

Who are we looking for?
- You have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (or equivalent) and you have experienced a similar job for 2 years
- You have an electrical and electromechanics understanding and have a strong knowledge of technical sales.
- You are a team worker and a problem solver. You are resilient, tenacious and autonomous.
- Swedish and English are not a problem for you, and you are ready to travel (5/10% of the working time, in Sweden and France).
