Job Summary

What you will do

• Support the Head of Internal Communications for Services and Processing Solutions & Equipment to develop and execute the internal communications for the two business units, including development of key messaging, and tactics for execution
• Drive unit-level editorial calendars by creating and delivering engaging internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, visuals, videos, and presentations
• Support Head of Internal Communications in creating and executing change communications plans and campaigns to support and accelerate strategic transformations for our two business units
• Provide guidance and coaching to stakeholders in internal communication
• Work across multiple teams in the global business units to promote Services and Processing Solutions & Equipment news globally, ensuring a consistent flow of information and fostering a culture of transparency and engagement
• Manage and maintain the two business units’ internal communication channels ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s goals and values
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
• Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture

• Education and proven experience: You have a degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field and a minimum of five years of internal communications experience
• Languages: Your command of English is impeccable, both verbally and in writing, akin to native English level. Command of other languages is a plus
• Added advantage: Experience with editorial planning and news management a plus
