What You Will Do
As our new Internal Communications Manager, you will support the global teams with internal communications, working in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across Vitrolife Group globally to inform and engage employees, to help the company change when needed, and to listen and support our colleagues around the world.
Your focus
Vitrolife Group is a global provider of medical devices and genetic services. Based on science and advanced research capabilities, we develop services and products for personalised genetic information and medical device products. We support our customers by improving their clinical practice for the patient's outcome of a fertility treatment.
We are currently approximately 1 100 colleagues worldwide, with headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. Vitrolife Group's products and services are available in more than 110 countries through our own presence in 30 countries and a network of distributors. Vitrolife Group is a sustainable market leader and aims to be the preferred partner for IVF-clinics by providing superior products and services with the vision of fulfilling the dream of having a baby. What You Will Do
As our new Internal Communications Manager, you will support the global teams with internal communications, working in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across Vitrolife Group globally to inform and engage employees, to help the company change when needed, and to listen and support our colleagues around the world.
Your focus
- Develop and execute the internal communications for the business, including development of key messaging, and tactics for execution.
- Drive editorial calendars by creating and delivering engaging internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, visuals, videos, and presentations
- Support Business Transformation Office in creating and executing change communications plans and campaigns to support and accelerate strategic transformations
- Provide guidance and coaching to stakeholders in internal communication
- Work across multiple teams globally to promote news, ensuring a consistent flow of information and fostering a culture of transparency and engagement
- Manage and maintain the internal communication channels ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s goals and values
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
- Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and help foster a positive company culture

- Cultural acumen: You have a nuanced understanding of cultural behaviours and the drivers behind them, which informs your approach and enhances your effectiveness
- Team Player: Working in a team energises you. You build trust effortlessly and use your informal authority to inspire and guide others
- Education and proven experience: You have a degree in communications, journalism, marketing or a related field and a minimum of five years of internal communications experience
- Languages: Your command of English is impeccable, both verbally and in writing, akin to native English level. Command of other languages is a plus
- Added advantage: Experience with editorial planning and news management a plus
