Position: Marketing Assistant Trainee/Intern

Main Tasks:Social Media Marketing:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, X (Twitter), You Tube, and We Chat.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with company goals.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and increase engagement.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our platforms current and innovative.

On-Site Promotion Activities:
Help plan and execute on-site promotional events and activities aimed at increasing brand awareness.
Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure successful execution of promotional campaigns.
Assist in the creation of promotional materials and presentations.

Content Creation:
Contribute to the development of marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, and promotional videos.
Use basic photo and video editing skills to enhance visual content.
Utilize AI tools for content generation and optimization where applicable.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the international marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.

Requirements:Education:
Currently enrolled in a university program majoring in Tourism, Travel Management, Marketing, or related fields.

Skills and Abilities:
Passion for the travel industry and a strong interest in marketing.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Ability to use AI tools for content creation (e.g., Chat GPT, Midjourney).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
International background or experience is a plus.
