What will you do?

You will join the Onsite team in Skövde as an IT Business Analyst and be an essential part of our constant striving for Customer Success! Your focus will be to provide support to the business related to Runtime Quality for our applications and end-user services.
The main responsibility areas are Quick Response IT and Volvo Performance System, and the goal is to drive continuous improvement, focusing on problems and remove losses and wastes for the business. You work in a cross-functional environment between Business, Suppliers and Digital & IT.

Incident & Problem management
Request & Change management
Knowledge management
Continuous improvement
Participating in building good customer relationships

About you

We expect you to have a couple of years of experience working with application support or technical support in production or similar. Your solid knowledge of ITIL processes; and support tools such as Remedy, Service Now or similar as well as EWO and kaizen.

Qualifications / requirements for the job

1-2 years of experience working with onsite support or similar.
Have a critical thinking, sense-making, and complex problem-solving mindset.
Previous experience in IT within the manufacturing industry.
Good experience in incident and problem processes (ITIL).
Experience in LEAN and working with continuous improvements.
Good communication skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
Driving license B.

Location: Skövde, Sweden (remote work not allowed)
Work permit required and no relocation assistance will be provided.
