About the role
It is important for us to highlight that this role is a mix of both management and hands-on work. You will be responsible for driving the operative IT tasks and IT-security practices out in the organization. The following will be your key responsibilities:
Oversee corporate IT at the Group level, ensuring smooth and secure operations across all BRP countries.
Drive our corporate IT security, ensuring policies and compliance, governance and operations as well as metrics and reporting.
Manage our internal IT systems and equipment, including procurement and IT asset management.
Lead daily IT operations, including managing systems, endpoints and networks.
Develop and improve our IT policies and processes.
Be responsible for Group level IT-budget and cost follow up.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking someone who values and excels at transitioning between management and operational tasks. You need to understand and work with the practical hands-on side as well as seeing the bigger picture, take decisions, negotiate with external parties, report to upper management etc.
We see the following as important
At least 5 years of corporate IT operational experience, with at least 1 year in a management role.
Knowledge about security standards and controls, eg CIS controls, ISO27000, NSM principles.
Experience in IT management, such as endpoint management, corporate networking, systems governance and Cloud services.
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
Deep knowledge of corporate IT security.

You should be fluent in both Swedish and English.
