We are seeking a SAP FICO Consultant to join our Business Systems Development team. In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic, international environment with the freedom to innovate and opportunities for personal and professional growth

The role

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of our SAP Finance and Controlling systems. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from both the business and technical teams, providing expert guidance and delivering tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

• Requirements & Solution Design: Gather and document business requirements, translating them into scalable SAP FICO solutions that align with system architecture and business goals.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, etc.), ensuring seamless integration with other modules and systems.
• Implementation & Enhancements: Lead SAP FICO implementations, from blueprinting to go-live support. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide daily support, resolve issues, and ensure system reliability, focusing on minimizing disruptions in financial processes.
• Process Improvement: Advise on process inefficiencies and recommend system enhancements for better efficiency and data accuracy.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and SAP teams to ensure integrated processes and conduct training workshops for users.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with audits, data security, and financial regulations.
• Project Management: Manage smaller projects and coordinate with vendors, supporting larger cross-departmental initiatives.
• S/4HANA Migration: Contribute to the S/4HANA migration strategy, ensuring system readiness and knowledge transfer.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our headquarters in Malmö or our office in Poznan, with the possibility of remote work. You will report to our Team manager for the Backoffice development team.

Who are you?

You’re an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. You have a proven track record in project delivery, ideally with full-cycle implementations, and experience with SAP S/4 HANNA or migration project is a plus.

• You have a solid knowledge of financial accounting (GL, AR, AP, AA) and controlling (cost/profit centers, internal orders), with an understanding of best practices in SAP.
• You design creative, innovative solutions that adhere to SAP standards.
• You’re an effective communicator with technical and business stakeholders, bridging technology and business goals
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, IT, Engineering or similar.

As a person you are proactive, eager to lead project, and continuously expand your skills in an evolving environment like S/4 HANNA. As part of a global team, you possess excellent English communication skills, spoken and written, and are comfortable working in a multicultural environment with colleagues across multiple counties.
