The role

As the Head of Duniform you will play a pivotal role in scale our commercial activities across Europe. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, driving business and product development initiatives, and managing key customer relationships. In this role you will report to Chief Officer Business Area Food Packaging Solutions, Nicklas Lauwell, and be part of the business area’s management team.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Scale-up commercial activities and lead the expansion of the Duniform business across Europe.
• Build and develop a high performing team, including sales, product development and business development professionals.
• Develop and execute strategies and annual business plans for Duniform to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Work closely with local teams to align business operations and product development with market needs.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with key customers and local organizations to enhance market presence.
• Oversee business operations with full responsibility for profit and loss, ensuring that financial targets are met.

Who are you?

Your entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with your deep understanding of the Food Packaging industry will be critical in steering our business towards continued success.

• We believe you have a minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in business development, with a proven track record in the Food Packaging solutions area.
• You have a strong understanding of market conditions and industry trends within the Food Packaging sector.
• With your entrepreneurial mindset you have demonstrated the ability to think strategically and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English will be needed since you will be working in an international environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• You have a BA or BSc degree within business, science or marketing.
