About this opportunity
NPI & Production is responsible for the global production of Ericsson Radio and RAN Compute products. We are around 4000 employees cross the globe with four Ericsson factories in Nanjing (China), Tallinn (Estonia), Sao Jose dos Campos (Brazil), Dallas (USA) and a staff function in Stockholm (Sweden). Together with the design units we develop and introduce new products (NPI). For the more complex products we do the NPI and production in our own factories and for the less complex and mature products we work together with contract manufacturers (EMS) located close to our customers.
We are now looking for a leader for Industry 4.0 within our NPI & Production organization in Ericsson Group Supply.

What you will do

Lead and coordinate the global Industry 4.0 strategy and execution program together with our four factories
Lead and develop needed IT architecture and system landscape together with our global IT team
Drive digital- and data transformation in the global Production landscape
Drive strategic goals for transformation and execution of key strategic initiatives in Tools and process transformation for production
Contribute in the NPI & Production leadership team ensuring overall business goals are met

You will bring

Education: Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge in whatever way acquired
Min 10 years of experience (Recruiter to supply)
Proven track record within the Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 area
Proven track record and experience in driving digital transformation and change
Production Process Knowledge
Strategic and vsionary thinking
Data driven mindset
Communication skills in a global environment
Proven leadership behavior
Interest and desire to lead and develop people
