POSITION OVERVIEW:


The Head of e Commerce holds full strategic and operational responsibility for the e Commerce business, including full ownership of its P&L. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the entire e Commerce value chain, combining strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with creative thinking to enhance the premium brand positioning of Tiger of Sweden. A key focus will be driving a robust technical roadmap, prioritizing site optimization, conversion rate improvements, and seamless customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.
In addition to managing financial performance, the role demands leadership in customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging data-driven marketing, personalized retention programs, and innovative approaches to boost growth and customer lifetime value. As a partner and trusted advisor to the CEO, the Head of e Commerce will play a pivotal role in driving the brand’s digital strategy, aligning it with broader business growth objectives, and ensuring the continuous digital development of the brand.


TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, develop and mentor a cross functional digital team, ensuring seamless collaboration through operations, paid media, SEO, retention and onside development to achieve unified business goals.
• Drive the development and execution of a cohesive, integrated digital strategy, focusing on a fully optimized, digital first approach to create and exceptional and efficient online platform.
• Define, refine and optimize email marketing campaigns and customer loyalty programs, with a focus on increasing customer lifetime value through retention strategies and personalize communications.
• Take full ownership and responsibility for the digital P&L, ensuring the achievement of annual sales and profit targets, and maintaining financial accountability for the financial performance of the digital team.
• Contribute to shaping the global brand strategy by proposing and implementing innovative initiatives and priorities that align with the broader organizational goals.
• Leverage data to continuously monitor and improve key business metrics, making data driven decisions to boost overall performance.
• Oversee the entire product life cycle on site, from inception through to the final sale ensuring a smooth and effective process for product management, merchandising and customer engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that all online outreach initiatives are optimized for maximum reach and effectiveness, from social media campaigns to digital advertising.
• Analyze, manipulate and present complex data in clear, actionable formats for the senior management team, providing insights to guide decision making.
• Continuously identify and lead opportunities to enhance CRO, using data and user insights to improve overall net sales across 73 global markets.
• Successfully liaise with the internal and external tech teams to ensure that system upgrades and functionality changes are delivered as required, in budget and within minimum disruption for customers
• Work in close collaboration with other business functions to create a smooth, multi-channel experience for customers

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 8-10 years’ experience in e Commerce
• Proven track record in e Commerce management roles, with leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Track record of successfully driving P&L growth and delivering against plan
• Strong understanding of all relevant e Commerce best practices, processes and KPIs
• Technical minded with a strong interest in digital technology and ecommerce trends
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem driving customer acquisition and retention
• Able to use data and insight to create and inspire innovation and growth
• Strong communication skills, oral and written in English
• Well-structured with the ability to shift from detailed to holistic perspective
• Ambitious entrepreneurial mindset, yet pragmatic and solution-oriented
• Positive with high energy and passionate about customer experience

TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud suite
• Email Marketing Software such as Voyado, Mail Chimp, SF Marketing Cloud
• Acute knowledge on CMS tools such as page designer, Content Square etc
• Knowledge and understanding order management systems and payment gateways
• Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau, BI
