Tiger of Sweden is currently looking for a Team Leader for our store at NK STHLM MEN, the position is a substitute (vikariat) covering 1 year with possibility to extension. You have the drive to reach the company targets. This shows in your capacity to excel in product knowledge, service, and sales. You are a dedicated ambassador for Tiger of Sweden and have the ability to introduce every customer to our Tiger universe.

Your responsibilities and tasks as a Team Leader are;
Exceed sales and profit targets
Customer experience and service model

• Provide the brand customer service model, continuously implement ideas to improve the customer experience

• Develop the selling skills and product knowledge of the team to be able to increase sales and conversion
• Take owner ship and responsibility to increase the Tiger of Sweden Society Club through educating and coaching the store team to capture customer data
