SAP FICO Consultant

Our SAP Delivery Center aims to build strong and sustainable solutions for customers across Europe. We are looking for SAP FICO Consultant to join the team to build, support and drive customer innovations, bringing efficiency to the processes through efficient management of cost and schedule. Requirement:
- Consultant should have 6+ years in SAP Finance, with expertise in design, concepts, principles, and configuration across Payment, Banking, Cash Management, and Treasury within SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Project Involvement: Proven track record of 1–2 full implementations and 1–2 support projects, demonstrating a hands-on approach to project lifecycle management.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP FICO configuration, adept in conducting requirement and gap analyses, developing functional specifications, performing comprehensive testing, facilitating user training, creating documentation, and providing ongoing support.
- Financial Process Insight: In-depth understanding of financial processes in large-scale corporate environments.
- SAP Transportation Management Tools: Experience in SAP tools such as STMS, Solution Manager, and Active Control, with experience in supporting and optimizing these systems.
- WRICEF Development: Proficiency in creating and managing WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
- Agile Methodology: Experienced in Agile frameworks, ideally SAFe or comparable Agile methodologies, contributing effectively to iterative and incremental delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Consultant should be able to clearly explain complex finance, accounting, and SAP-related topics to diverse company stakeholders; a team-oriented individual with strong communication abilities.
- Atleast 6 years of expeince in SAP FICO with experitise in Treasury and cash management.
- Retail Industry Experience: Background in the retail industry, particularly with SAP FI-CA (Financial Contract Accounting).
- Treasury Solutions: Expert in alternative Treasury solutions or add-ons that complement or enhance SAP’s native capabilities.
- SAP e-Documents Cockpit: Familiarity with SAP e-Documents Cockpit and Document Compliance Reporting.
- Financial Closing Tools: Expertise with SAP Financial Closing Cockpit or similar tools to streamline and enhance the financial closing process.
- Mentors to coach and access to attend SAP events and complete SAP latest certifications.
