Become a part of Pw C:s Tax team
We are now looking for a Tax consultant to join our M&A team in Stockholm.
Totally we are around 340 Tax consultants in Sweden working with domestic and international tax. A career within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet and manage their tax obligations across different tax areas in an ever changing tax landscape. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant in these matters

M&A and Private Equity
As part of our M&A (Deals) and Private Equity team, you will advise clients on tax and related matters in connection with investments/divestments, IPOs, Private Equity fund establishments, restructurings, etc. You will be one of 40 enthusiastic and driven colleagues within our specialised M&A/PE team, which spans from newly hired Associates to Partners with 25 years experience or more. We see an increasing demand for our services and are now looking to further strengthen our team.
Are you our new colleague?
We are looking for you who:
- Have an Academic degree in Law or Economics or equivalent education
- Have at least 7 years of working with corporate tax focusing on M&A
- Master English both verbally and in writing
