In order to succeed in this role, we think that you are:

• A student expecting to complete your studies by summer 2025, a recent graduate, or a young professional with up to 2 years professional experience from a relevant area

• You have a completed bachelor’s degree in economics/business, law, engineering or equivalent with excellent academic results. A master's degree within a relevant area is meritorious

• A high performer with strong drive and high ambition

• A team player – open minded with ability to network, as well as contributing as an inspirational team member. We value diverse backgrounds in our team

• A person who has personal integrity and ability to exercise sound judgement and common sense

• Fluency in English is expected, multilingual and/or Swedish proficiency is meritorious
