Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we think that you should have:

• An academic background in Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar. Extracurricular activities such as work experience or engagement in student organisations are advantageous.

• A business mindset and an analytical way of thinking

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• 0-3 years of work experience

• Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement

As a first step of the recruitment process, we use capacity and personality tests. The tests are used to make the selection process as objective as possible. You will receive the tests by e-mail shortly after submitting your application and we will not process your application until the tests have been completed. If you move on to the next step in the recruitment process, you will be invited to an assessment day at our office in Stockholm earliest 29 th of September. The assessment day will be in the beginning/middle of October.
