Skills & Requirements

We are looking for high performing and talented team players who are recent/to be graduates. More specifically, we want you to have:

• Preferably a master’s degree in business administration, IT and/or engineering or a comparable law degree

• A business, and digital mindset

• Excellent communication skills

• Multilingual proficiency (fluency in English is required, Swedish is an advantage)

• Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent grades from studies

• Genuine interest in Financial Services

• You are a team player with a genuine interest in seeing customers grow and being part of their journey

• We also value international experiences, prior work experiences as well as other engagements and achievements indicating personal drive, ambition, and passion.

As a first step of the recruitment process, we use capacity and personality tests to increase the objectivity of the selection process. You will receive the tests by e-mail in connection with your application and we will not process your application until the tests have been completed. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship. If you move on to the next step in the recruitment process, you will be invited to an Assessment day at our office in Stockholm. The Assessment day will be in the beginning of December.
