Key Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Support in implementing the new contract management system for Arelion.
- Complete compliance questionnaires and know-your-customer surveys.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation for Arelion entities.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Law degree.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborative work style.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferred: Experience working as a junior legal counsel.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal texts/documents.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain legal concepts clearly.
- Active listening skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Structured and well-organized work approach.
- High standards of confidentiality and ethics.
- Ability to thrive in an international environment.
