Business Operations Analyst (Parental Leave Cover)

The main objectives of the Trading Excellence team are to optimize activities and processes around revenue, and margin through handling of billing and disputes in a timely and efficient manner with key partners. Additionally, the team manages back-office activities the Voice and A2P services.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Management of the Voice and A2P platforms to ensure swift billing.
- Analyze vendor invoices and open outgoing disputes
- Handle incoming disputes as well as fraud disputes
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including Finance, Credit Management, Business Analysis, Voice Trading Commercial team, and external counterparts.
- Aiding in ongoing transformation activities within the company to ensure efficiency, automation, and streamlined procedures.
- Forward looking, strive for operational efficacy in both simple and complex activities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas (Business Administration, Finance, etc.)
- Exposure to a multicultural and global environment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Other languages are meriting.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI is meriting.
