• Develop, adapt and rebuild lab equipment to meet project needs.
• Collaborate closely with R&D engineers, creating smart test strategies.
• Work cross-functionally to design prototypes for full system validations.

• Academic background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, or related fields, or equal experience.
• Laboratory expertise: Testing electrical systems, electromechanical systems, control systems, and advanced measurements.
• Experience in research labs or with mobile machinery is an advantage
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
