Your role
We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team at business area Surveillance. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce and your effort will directly contribute to building a culture of continous learning and development.
Your main tasks will be:

• Drive the Learning agenda and continous learning transformation
• Advice on how business needs are translated into end-to-end learning solutions
• Advice on tactical and strategic learning plans
• Drive and coordinate Strategic Workforce Planning process
• Drive and coordinate Talent Management Process
• Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with managers to identify gaps and opportunities where learning can be used to increase results
• Implement Saab Common L&D Iniatives through HR and the Management teams in Surveillance
• Drive and coordinate Learning administrators forum for Surveillance
• Work close with Strategy and the business to close skill/competence gaps

You will be a part of the HR Surveillance HR team and report to Head of HR for Surveillance.
Surveillance are about 5500 employees internationally and will grow both in Sweden and internationally the coming years. This is the opportunity for you to contribute to shape the future together with us!

Your profile
We believe you have a relevant University Degree and minimum 5 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Training or related field. Perferrably from Tech industries. You have high energy, resilience and integrity.
We require that you have a strong business acumen, understanding of how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organisational needs. You have a continuous improvement mindset, have a pro-active attitude and a passion for continuous learning. We also require that you have excellent interpersonal skills and effectively can build relationships across the organisations. You have the ability to both work strategicly and operational with a strong drive for execution. Fluent in Swedish and English is a must and also excellent communication skills.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
