About the Role:
We are seeking a Local Marketing Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Solna, Sweden, for a maternity cover position lasting at least 9 months, with potential extension. This role is pivotal in supporting our growth across various B2B segments including hotels, restaurants, healthcare, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute regional marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Local marketing budget administration and allocation
• Manage local product offerings and content production, independently or through agencies.
• Coordinate go-to-market planning, product information updates, local trade shows and digital marketing initiatives.
• Oversee search engine advertising (SEA) and localize regional content.
• Support sales teams with necessary marketing assets.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align product strategy and initiatives.
• Manage internal and external communications related to product range and strategy.
• Develop and deliver product presentations in Swedish.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and materials locally.
• Administer and maintain the local website and webshop, ensuring digital content accuracy and relevance.
• Implement new content based on global marketing inputs and adapt locally as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 4-5 years of marketing experience
• Coordinating local needs with regional strategies.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Proven experience with Google Ads or similar
• Experience in a matrix organization and project management.
• Familiarity with SAP and product management is beneficial.

This interview process will consist out of four stages:
1. Meet and greet with regional marketing manager.
2. Local head of sales and HR
3. Potential case question with regional manager
4. Peer interview
