Marketing & Communications manager (B2B2C) - Sweden

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager (Sweden) to join us full-time to continue an impactful and exciting journey within the megatrends of sustainability, mobility, HR-tech and financing solutions.

ABOUT YOU

5+ years of experience in a similar role at a scale-up company, working with broader offline & online marketing activities and corporate communication.

Solid understanding of B2B-marketing

Strong commercial drive, a passion for growth and a practical, and hands-on mentality

High degree of independence, entrepreneurship and flexibility.

You are a storyteller: You have the ability to communicate the value proposition clearly and consistently across marketing and sales channels. This means ensuring that marketing content aligns with sales pitches and messaging used at different stages of the customer journey.

You can explain complex concepts and translate those into educational material for our target groups, companies, employees and partners.

You have a feel for the content and know what works for different target groups in Sweden

An eye and feeling for brand building and creating content that converts

As a content creator - we think you can use tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and the like effectively

Fluent command of Swedish and English along with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analytical and data-driven. You are able to evaluate different activities by attributing sales, costs per lead and able to follow up on your actions using dashboards and reporting.

Expertise across key digital ecosystems such as, but not limited to, Google, Facebook, Linked In

Being a public advocate for biking with knowledge of bikes is a huge plus for the role

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Your main tool will be your language, as from the start - we have a high need of content creation and improvements, towards our target groups.

The planning, designing and delivery of marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, promotions, and evaluating marketing activities' effectiveness;to strengthen our brand awareness and lead generation.

The creation of physical and digital materials for partners, events/shows and marketing.

Overseeing and promoting the company's product implementation, exploring and refining product promotion ideas and selling points, and developing regional promotional messages and materials.

Digital marketing management, including company's website development and management, SEO, social media management, leads generation and ATL activity promotion etc.; and translating this into, among other things, a marketing calendar and identifying our must-win battles in Sweden.

Managing and coordinating our digital marketing and our performance marketing machine (Google, Facebook, Linked In). Providing input for online advertising content and visual content (in collaboration with agencies)
