Marketing Manager, Sweden - Temporary

The role and team
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing all marketing activities, ensuring they align with both short-term and long-term goals, including customer acquisition targets.
Working in collaboration with our central and local marketing teams, you will identify new opportunities for growth and brand loyalty. You will also closely cooperate with internal departments such as Publishing, Partnerships, PR, and Event, as well as with external media and creative agencies. The role is based in Stockholm and will report to the Swedish Country Manager.
Responsibilities

Define and manage yearly marketing plan.

Contribute with local expertise in Nordic strategy work

Create a local media plan, including budget recommendations, planning of campaigns and follow-up media plans with the local media agency

Cost control and follow-up on the marketing budget

Plan, manage and execute marketing projects and campaigns for new books & stories and tactical offers

Conduct after-action reviews & share learnings

Support and collaborate with local Partnership Manager, PR and Event

Set campaign KPIs:s, conduct after-action reviews and share learnings
About you
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have
-
+5 years of experience in a similar position
-
Excellent track record in managing successful multichannel campaigns
-
Experience in offline and online media planning & buying (directly or through a media agency)
-
Experience working with project management
-
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
It's a plus if you have previous experience working in an organization with a centralized marketing function and/or with a subscription service.
