Package Development Engineer - Design competence

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assignment description
As a Package development engineer you will be part of a cross-functional scrum team and have the responsibilty to:
- Design packages and package features in accordance to requirements and limitations of the system
- Support the translation of requirements into sub-system requirements related to package
- Define V&V strategy related to package area and execute it.
- Write test specifications, perform tests, analyze package performance & functionality results and document results using reports
- Drive root cause investigations on package performance and functionality
- Drive risk assessment for package
- CAD skills (PTC Creo)
- Render skills
- Consumer product design skills
- Analytical skills
- Clear in communication, fluent in English - both written and spoken
- Can manage complexity and ambiguity
- Team player that, at the same time, is expected to take on own initiatives and activities
- Development process knowledge incl e.g. risk assessment and requirements management
- Experience of physical testing is a plus
- Knowledge about scrum and agile way of working is a plus
