Yazen is specialized in obesity treatment through lifestyle changes and medication. Our platform connects patients with doctors and registered caregivers, offering a holistic and supportive weight loss journey.
We operate in multiple markets, including Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Norway and Sweden.
The role:
Paid Media Specialist with a strong track record in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta. This role will drive the company’s user acquisition and upper-funnel advertising efforts, focusing on maximizing ROI, optimizing creative strategies and scaling our presence across multiple European markets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize upper-funnel paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta, ensuring alignment with user acquisition strategies across European markets.

Collaborate closely with creative and acquisition teams to develop high-performing ads, experiment with creative formats, and continually challenge our creative strategies.

Monitor campaign budgets, analyze performance data, and adjust as needed to meet key performance goals.

Provide actionable insights through regular performance reporting, making data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.

Design and execute growth hacking strategies for paid and organic channels.

Work alongside BI and Tech teams to enhance internal tools and improve campaign tracking and analysis.

Stay on top of social media trends and algorithm updates to ensure campaigns are competitive and cutting-edge.

Experience: Several years in paid social advertising or user acquisition, with deep expertise in Meta’s advertising platform and knowledge of Google Ads, Tik Tok, DSPs, and more.

Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, including experience with A/B testing, ROI analysis, and conversion tracking.

Creative Collaboration: Ability to provide feedback on ad creatives, with an understanding of audience engagement and creative performance.

Platform Knowledge: Knowledge of SKAN Conversion Schema and MMPs; experience with subscription-based services is highly advantageous.

Growth Mindset: Innovative approach to trying out organic and paid tactics for user acquisition.

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize effectively, work under tight deadlines, and manage concurrent projects.

Communication: Fluent in English, capable of working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Experience in media buying across other channels.

Understanding of marketing psychology and user behavior.

Familiarity with the health industry.
