The Role
The Marketing team, which is also part of the Growth team, is a multidisciplinary team responsible for top-of-funnel customer acquisition and brand awareness. As a Paid Media Manager in the Marketing team, you’ll be working on a range of growth initiatives in digital channels with other marketing team members, a media agency, analysts, engineers, user researchers, designers, and copywriters. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.
Your primary focus will be to manage the planning, execution and measurement of our media budget. The objective is to ensure that we are cost efficiently growing our customer base by reaching our target audience throughout their decision journey. We are a data driven team and will continuously iterate based on insights, A/B testing and qualitative user feedback. Ideas can come from anyone, data is the final judge.

Responsibilities
- Directing, overseeing, and collaborating with our media agency to place our media investment in various channels
- Analyzing campaign performance against historical and forecasted goals, to provide actionable optimizations and testing proposals
- Collaborating with internal team members to build and improve campaign assets like ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Contribute to the team’s vision, strategy and agenda
- Helping the team grow as a whole by sharing knowledge and lifting each other up

- You feel at home building and maintaining multi-funnel global campaigns in Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Linked In
- Strong proficiency in analyzing campaign performance using multiple dimensions, success metrics, and attribution models
- Can setup, validate, and integrate conversion actions into bid strategies
- Familiar with A/B testing at scale in Google and Meta, and how/when to call winners
- Comfortable forecasting and allocating media budget with estimated performance expectations using proper data inputs
- Familiar with creative best practices and testing opportunities in various ad platforms
- You’ve worked with or for an agency in the past
Meriting experience (not required)
- General interest in music and/or music technology
- B2B or PLG Sas S products
- Offline conversion import (Google Ads) and conversions API (Meta)
- Basic Google Tag Manager setup and updates
- Apps Flyer or another MMP
- Geo-lift, brand-lift, or MMM analysis
