We are looking for an entrepreneurially minded expert with experience in strategic advisory and process reinvention in our growing Stockholm team. You support our business growth by helping our clients radically rethink their business processes leveraging the possibilities of modern technology, translating their business problems into plans and proposals, delivering diamonds in projects, and by supporting our team growth in skills and team size.
About the role
As a Process Reinvention Principal, you'll take the lead on complex client projects that merge business process development with technology, particularly AI. Your role involves full project lifecycle management—from initiation to delivery—ensuring quality and client satisfaction. You serve as a trusted advisor, integrating business consulting with data and AI technologies to optimize customer value across customer facing and internal processes.
Leveraging your strong business acumen and technological proficiency, you apply proven methodologies and tools to drive and reform clients business processes. Your expertise helps demystify complex digital transformations and articulate the business benefits of AI/data-driven processes.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you contribute to the growth of our offerings, identify new business opportunities, and craft actionable proposals and project plans to address client challenges.
Our client portfolio is high profile and varying across different industries. We value your previous experience from a wide range of private sector industries and organizations.
Your homebase will be in Sweden, ideally Stockholm as your home office. We work mainly remotely, but actively engage with our clients, and also aim to meet as a team on a weekly basis.

Recipe for success
To thrive in this role, we value your previous experience across a broad spectrum of private sector industries and organizations. You have preferably at least 5 years of experience in management consulting in a digital process development context or similar experience from an internal role in a complex organization. You should have a well-rounded background in lean digital business process transformation, including customer experience, sales, industrial, and manufacturing processes, as well as a solid track record in digital transformation initiatives. Expertise in leveraging AI, data, and technology for process development is essential. The role is a great match with an advisor adept at managing and delivering cross-functional projects at the nexus of business, technology, data, and AI.
Additionally, you should be well-versed in digital process improvement methodologies, metrics, operating model design, and change management principles. Preferably, you have a sales-oriented mindset, coupled with strong knowledge of lean startup practices, data-driven approaches, and agility in applying agile methodologies. An eagerness to continuously learn and enhance these skills is also key. In addition, you have strong communication and presentation skills in both Finnish and English.
Experience in sales and crafting proposals and an interest in technology and AI with a basic understanding of AI tools are seen as a plus. In addition facilitation know-how at a strategic level and certification in Lean process development are highly appreciated.

Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
