We are searching for an experienced Business / Enterprise Architect to drive our consulting projects in the intersection of business and technology as a part of our growing Stockholm team. You play a key role in transforming our clients’ business problems into technology and capability needs. You support our business growth by helping convert new opportunities into projects, helping deliver diamonds in projects and by supporting our team growth in skills and team size.
About the role
As a Business / Enterprise Architect you help our client organisations identify opportunities in leveraging their data and modern technologies to create business value. Many times your projects will start by building an understanding of clients' current state, then defining an attractive target state, and finally building a feasible and viable roadmap. As Futurice is known for “talking business and writing code”, we also deliver on those plans with high quality implementations. Typically you lead and work as part of a multidisciplinary team and act as a trusted advisor to our key clients.
Our client portfolio is high profile and varying across different industries. We value your previous experience from a wide range of private sector industries and organizations.
Your homebase will be in Sweden, ideally Stockholm as your home office. We work mainly remotely, but actively engage with our clients, and also aim to meet as a team on a weekly basis.

We are a data and tech-native, people-centric and outcome focused team. Our projects range from tech (also data & AI) advisory engagements to concrete digital solution delivery and typically cover topics like:

• Leveraging data, technology & AI for business value
• Building digital products and portfolios
• Generative AI business value exploration and prototyping
• Enterprise Architecture
• Radical process redesign with modern tech

Recipe for success
We’re not expecting you to tick all the boxes, but the recipe for success in this role includes:

• Around 3-5+ years of experience in business- or enterprise architecture
• Understanding of the current technology, data & AI trends
• Ability to design efficient enterprise architectures; e.g. where to apply custom software vs. use ready solutions or low-code
• Strong knowledge of different cloud platforms
• Data platform architecture and solution architecture know-how
• Ability to lead consulting projects and small teams
• Industry expertise (we’re not too picky about which industries)
• Strong toolbox to help you analyze, structure and present complex client problems
• Suitable higher education degree from e.g. business, tech, industrial or other fields.
• Exposure to business design methodologies, frameworks and tools is considered as an advantage
• Earlier experience from sales and creating proposals is considered as an advantage.

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
