My Camper is the largest sharing platform for camping vehicles in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Switzerland. Our mission is to make camping accessible for everyone by making better use of existing resources.

We’re looking for a passionate and driven senior product manager to take ownership of our product team while actively driving projects forward. As the Product Lead, you’ll not only lead the product team and own the product roadmap but also roll up your sleeves to execute projects hands-on. You’ll collaborate closely with the tech team and company leadership to shape the product vision and strategy, ensuring our product empowers our users and fuels sustainable growth.

Tasks

• Build and develop a product that solves customer problems and supports growth on both sides of the marketplace.
• Establish continuous customer discovery processes to ensure our product is always aligned with user needs.
• Lead the product team and ensure we’re solving the right problems in a way that helps the business (is viable) and the user (is valuable and usable).
• Work closely with the CTO to ensure good communication and collaboration between the product and tech teams.
• Shape a clear, ambitious product vision and derive a product strategy based on that in order to create alignment.

Requirements

• Several years of product management experience at senior level, developing consumer-facing products with a significant user base(100,000+).
• Proven track record of setting up and running effective, outcome-oriented product development processes.
• Experience thriving in a data-informed culture. where not the Hi PPO but the best argument decides.
• 2+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience with consumer marketplaces is a plus.
• Problem solver: You're resourceful and action-oriented, able to handle pressure and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent Communicator: You communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally, ensuring alignment across teams.
