Zinzino is growing, and we need to further strengthen our organization and are now seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the food or nutrition industry and a proven commercial mindset to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of key projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives while overseeing sourcing, quality, and compliance functions to meet industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of assigned product category, from concept thru development, launch and lifecycle management.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication.
• Responsible for external monitoring in order to initiate improvements and development.
• Act as internal ambassador for the products within the area and thereby participate in events and meetings, where educations and inspiration are held.
• Lead and manage multiple projects within Product Department, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Oversee the sourcing of ingredients, materials, and suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and sustainability.
• Ensure that all projects comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, including food safety, labelling, and quality management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain/logistics, manufacturing and sales, to ensure seamless project execution and go-to-market strategy.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, nutrition, business management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the food, nutrition, or FMCG industry.
• Experience in managing sourcing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA, etc.) and quality management systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
