We are now looking for an experienced Product Owner for the integration area and this role will be a key part of our business and transformation journey forward.

About the role:

As a Product Owner for the integration platform, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap and ensuring an updated backlog together with the agile team mostly based in Kuala Lumpur. The integration platform within Life and Pension is a new and important area for our future success. In this role it is therefore important to be involved and set a roadmap and way of working both from an internal and external perspective.

The integration platform is today connected to both internal and external parties which means that you as a product owner need to be comfortable in presenting deliveries and prioritization both internally and externally. Since there are end-customer relations and most documentation in Swedish, the Swedish language is necessary in this role.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Several years of experience as a product owner
Experience in integration and a strong technical interest
Have a strong personal drive, analytical mindset and attention to detail. Capable of identifying business needs, providing potential solutions, and ensuring value delivery.
Find it engaging to work with technology and in an agile and cross-functional environment
Good communication skills, clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in stakeholder management
Comfortable working in an environment of ongoing transformation, dealing with both legacy and new components
Fluent in both Swedish and English (writing and speaking)
Proven record in driving roadmaps and efficient way of working
