JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Product Requirement Engineer for one of our biggest customers! You are welcome to apply if you feel that the job description suits you well!

Job specific key tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure a complete and relevant product documentation in the development phase.
• Responsible to keep product documentation up to date, during the products life cycle.
• Responsible to identify and, if needed, develop customer-based technical requirements.
• Responsible to apply the right verification test methods.
• Contribute to the creation of additional tests needed to secure performance during development phase.
• Responsible to develop the verification plan of the complete product, covering the products life cycle.
• Responsible to communicate technical requirements to necessary partners in the product development phase (Io S, ICOMP, Category.).
• Responsible to identify compliance gaps in product documentation and give input to action plan.
• Capture learnings and actively share knowledge connected to requirements.
• Contribute to long-term technical development and strategies

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS AND EXPERIENCE

• University degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Democratic design.
• Supply Chain knowledge for own Product Area (cost drivers, handling of goods and raw material).
• Product Area knowledge (product requirements, market and customer).
• Relevant IT tools (Solid Works, Pia, PLUS, Project Management tool, etc.)
• Knowledge in requirement management and verification planning.
• Knowledge in statistics.

JOB-SPECIFIC CAPABILITIES:

• Ability to develop new technical requirements from customer needs. Communication abilities - argumentation, negotiation and presentation.
• Analytical skills with ability to transfer knowledge and data into needs and actions.
• Ability to handle large quantities of information and work with several POD teams and product

areas in parallel.

• Strong ability to work in teams and make things happen through involving and engaging people.

KEY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES AND PROVEN SKILLS:

• Experience from working with product development and product requirements (to understand,

translate and apply technical requirements).

• Experience from working with test and verification.
• Extensive experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Experience from working in a constantly changing environment with many stakeholders.
