With our strong growth agenda, Go North is searching for a driven, organized Project Coordinator to work highly cross-departmentally.
In this position you will Go and:

• 
  Manage project tasks and subtasks within Asana, ensuring accurate deadlines for each team member and keeping it updated as the project progresses.
  
• Conduct team meetings to review weekly tasks, new assignments, and check project status.
  
• Maintain direct communication with relevant departments, primarily Brand Management, Commercial/Marketing and New Product Development (NPD).
  
• Drive exploration of new channels, marketplaces, and products as a key project management initiative, contributing to the expansion strategy across departments.
  
• Inform and deliver completed projects to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Schedule and participate in meetings with relevant departments or project leaders as needed, especially in case of issues, delays, or new information concerning a project or delivery.
  
• Keep the team informed about new requests and status updates via Slack between team meetings.

We are looking for a person with the following skills:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  
• Proven experience as a project manager or similar role.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong English proficiency is essential.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  

This is a permanent position, reporting directly to the Brand Creative Manager. Our headquarters is in the heart of Gothenburg, Sweden, but we offer flexible working hours and a remote workplace. Traveling to Gothenburg will be required at least once every month.
