• Ideally, 5 years in international product development roles, of which at least 3 years in project management positions
• Documented experience running product development and maintenance projects
• High degree of strategic business acumen and strong customer-orientation
• Team player and collaborative personality with good communication skills
• Good skills in issue facilitation and problem solving
• Master or equivalent degree in engineering
