As a Project Manager at Minesto, you will have a key role within an international, dedicated development team working towards the commercialisation of a game-changing renewable ocean energy technology with global expansion potential. We offer a high-paced, dynamic environment at the core of innovative climate tech.
The role
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the planning and execution of projects at Minesto project sites, taking the lead in the monitoring & controlling of operational project’s aims and outcome. The role will involve international travel to sites, suppliers, and test facilities and expects hands on involvement on operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all technical, administrative, and commercial aspects of assigned projects
- Drive technology and operational development
- Promote our corporate safety culture throughout design, fabrication, assembly, installation and maintenance operations
- Risk management
Your profile
You should have a minimum of 5 years project management experience, within the areas of product development, operations, manufacturing and or testing, with the ability to demonstrate project management from initiation to closure, including scope, timeline, budget and resource allocation.
You will have experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with a variety of departments including Engineering, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.
You should be confident in executing tasks alone or by leading a team of engineers, including Minesto personnel and or contractors to successfully complete projects
Key Qualifications:
- M.Sc. or equivalent
