About the role
We are seeking a skilled prototype builder to join our development team at our new laboratory in Helsingborg and help shape a sustainable future. Working closely with our mechanical designers and refrigeration engineers, you will be responsible for building prototypes of air and water heat pumps. Additionally, a significant part of your role will involve setting up test rigs and various equipment for our lab, collaborating with the laboratory team.

As a prototype builder, your craftsmanship and expertise will be invaluable, contributing both knowledge and innovative ideas to the team and the company.

By joining us, you will have the opportunity to influence the early stages of the company’s development. You will play a key role in shaping the prototype workshop and contribute to the design of our products. You’ll also be involved in making critical technology choices and developing efficient collaboration methods.

What you’ll be doing
You will lead your own work, which include:

• Soldering cooling circuits
• Assembly of heat pumps
• Electrical work
• Welding
• Metal work
• Prepare and fill heat pumps
• Order components and tools for your work

What you’ll bring to the role
In addition to the ability to solve problems and manage constant change, we want you to have several years of practical experience from a workshop of similar context. It is also a merit if you have experience of or knowledge in any of the following:

• Refrigeration technology
• Soldering, welding or metal work.
• Assembly of electrical products
• Electrical qualification
