We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join us on this exciting journey. In this role, you will become part of our global team of experts, working closely with project managers, colleagues, and clients. Your main responsibility as a Quality Assurance Manager will be to lead and develop project workflows based on COWI's quality and management system (QMS) as well as our clients' requirements.
Your tasks will include:

Act as the quality manager in COWI's project organization
Develop project-specific workflows aligned with COWI's QMS and client requirements
Ensure consistent implementation of quality assurance procedures within COWI's project organization
Suggest improvements for COWI's QMS
Lead document control for projects
Participate in external audits

Proven experience in quality management
Experience in developing quality and management systems and workflows

Effective communication skills in both English and Swedish
