  A relevant university degree and at least 5 years of experience in risk management and internal control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Skilled in relating to regulations and translating them to concrete internal rules and procedures.
• Knowledge of relevant frameworks such as COSO and ISO 31000.
• Project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Proficiency in both English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
