Priority Engineering is a leading organization in the technology sector, devoted to maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team at our state-of-the-art data center in Sweden.
Job Description:
As the Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment within our data center. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures to protect our employees, assets, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports with recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety across the organization.
• Lead safety training sessions and workshops for staff members.
• Maintain documentation and records related to safety practices and incidents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in an industrial or technological setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment techniques, and best practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold a valid EU passport.
