Sales and Marketing Manager - Service
We’re looking for a dynamic sales and marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. Are you ready to tackle the challenges of Industry 4.0 and Automation, where the complexity of products increases alongside sales? In this role, you’ll spearhead sales and marketing activities across the Nordic region, manage our diverse product portfolio, and develop strategic marketing plans that resonate with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive sales growth for our service products across the Nordics in close collaboration with the sales managers in Denmark and Finland.
  • Work closely with key accounts to identify customer needs and tailor solutions that deliver exceptional value.
  • Lead a small, dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity, while training and supporting our sales teams.
  • Continuously improve efficiency in service sales and operations within a united service sales organization.
  • Work closely with other sales team in the organisation to ensure efficiency and alignment of sales strategies and efforts.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and sales channels for our service products
This role requires travel within Sweden and the Nordic region. You’ll report to the Business Line Manager Service Nordic, be part of the Service Management Team, collaborating with a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and technical knowledge for both software and hardware.
Location: Nacka/Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden. We offer a hybrid workplace, where most time is spent at the office or with customers with flexible working arrangements.
Who Are You?
You bring experience in sales and marketing, we value experience and/or understanding of service sales. Experience in creating and communicating customer value is essential. You have a customer-focused mindset, technical knowledge, an innovative approach to problem-solving and are able to work collaboratively and drive cross-functional teams. Fluency in Swedish and English as working languages and a B driver’s license are required. We highly value candidates who have experience in leadership and fostering diversity and inclusion.
