Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager
Division: Sentian AI
Location: Sweden (with regular global travel)

Purpose of Role:

You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that empower our regional sales teams with the tools, training, and insights needed to succeed. This role also involves direct customer contact to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and to provide expert guidance on process optimization in the minerals industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with and supporting cross-functional and regional teams by creating and managing sales tools, resources, and training programs.
Developing and implementing sales enablement strategies to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
Analysing sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on process optimization in the minerals industry.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Experience in developing, driving and executing technology/ digital solutions go-to-market market strategies.
Commercial experience including identifying and creating sales opportunities, value propositions etc.
Practical and theoretical knowledge of mining equipment and processes is advantageous.

Proven ability to understand, analyze and communicate system processes, technology, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
