What you’ll do:
Around 50 million people across the world have conditions that leave them without a voice. Most aren’t aware that communication technology like ours exists. Our Sales and Business Development Team works to close that gap by building relationships that broaden our reach.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead a team of Solution Consultants in shaping the future of assistive communication in Sweden!
Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of our assistive communication devices distributed through Swedish healthcare regions. You will lead and inspire a team of Solution Consultants to become trusted advisors that evaluate patients needs for assistive communication. Your collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will ensure the development and effectiveness of device prescriptions across the Swedish healthcare landscape.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Team Management: Lead and develop your team of Solution Consultants to maximize long-term revenue-generating activities. Ensure they have the skills and focus needed to succeed.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Continuously enhance a comprehensive sales strategy that includes market analysis, target segmentation, and competitive positioning.
- Structured Tender Work: Position our devices competitively in healthcare tenders, ensuring our products meet the needs of prescribers and are included in tender offerings.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in assistive communication technology and healthcare regulations, ensuring that your team is always ahead of the curve.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field-Proven success in sales within assistive technology can substitute for formal education.
- Several years of sales experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry. Experience with assistive communication devices is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams. The ability to guide your team to become trusted advisors is crucial.
- Strong ability to analyze sales data and metrics, using insights to drive improvements.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
