The role
We're seeking a dynamic Growth Sales Manager to lead Nordic expansion, driving revenue growth across Sweden, Norway, and Finland in SMB/SME and mid-market segments. This key role will spearhead our growth strategy, tapping into significant market potential. Success here is crucial for achieving ambitious targets and solidifying Kustom's position in Nordic e-commerce payments.
The Growth Sales Manager will establish and lead a high-performing team, developing sales strategies, coaching professionals, and fostering a results-driven culture. You'll oversee the entire sales process, provide regional leadership, and report directly to the CCO on performance and market insights.
This hands-on role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, quick adaptation to market changes, and innovative sales approaches. It offers a seasoned professional the opportunity to impact Kustom's Nordic growth trajectory significantly.
Things you'll be doing
  • Drive revenue growth across Sweden, Norway, and Finland in SMB/SME and mid-market segments

Skills and experience you'll need
  • Proven experience leading team within the SME/SMB and mid-market segments
  • Track record of driving revenue growth in the Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, Finland)
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales tactics for ambitious growth targets
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Swedish and excellent English communication skills
