We are seeking a Sales Manager for Sweden who has experience building and growing business.

Role Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for Swedish sales team and identify/develope new and existing customers
• Prepare and monitor key projects/pipeline reports to increase sales awareness and knowledge.
• Maximise Market Share and increase sales revenue whilst controlling margin.

Role Purpose:

• Develop sales for the CARRIER range of HVAC equipment including Chillers, Heat Pumps and Fan Coil Units
• Build the best sales team
• Monitor pipe and sales with weekly reviews

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge of HVAC industry
• Experience of managing your own time and customers, setting targets and monitoring progress.
• Presentation skills and ability to conduct meetings
• 5 years of experience in HVAC, sales, technician or other experience
• SWE Driving Licence
• Speak Swedish fluently
• Team player
