We are looking for a dedicated team member to join us as a sales representative within decorative painting for the Stockholm region. Your role involves marketing and selling our range of decorative products to new and existing professionals using Jotun's sales techniques. The goal is to increase Jotun's market share and profitability through strong customer relationships and achieving our sales targets.

• Market and sell our products to painting companies and architects through regular visits, maintaining relationships, creating new ones, and gathering market insights.
• Drive sales growth by coordinating marketing activities, painter meetings, campaigns, architect and project processing to achieve set sales targets.
• Provide service to existing customers, actively seek new ones, and handle customer inquiries.
• Actively utilize and update the CRM system to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure fast delivery and high customer service.

• Experience in similar roles within the paint industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and previous experience with CRM systems.
• Enjoys driving projects forward and taking ownership of the results.
• Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships.
• An effective communicator with the ability to influence and motivate others.
