About the Role

Despite being a worldwide company, Uber Eats' path to success originates from a strong local presence, deeply involving our restaurants and delivery partners in this journey. The Outbound Sales Representative will focus on bringing on the best restaurants in our most strategic markets that fit our partnership criteria, and you'll leverage your skills in cold-calling, emailing and driving internal processes to set up our partnerships for success. You will also help with campaigns involving new and innovative products being launched on the Uber Eats app.

We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and knows where the best eateries are, is passionate about food and enjoys negotiating to build the best partnership. You should thrive in an all hands on deck" environment, love solving problems, thrive in a startup culture, and above all be passionate about our restaurant partners.

What you'll do

Leverage prospecting skills to build partnerships with restaurant partners
Manage the sales cycle including cold calling, pitching, contract negotiations and closing deals - utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Groove and Google Sheets
Coordinate restaurant activation by working with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth merchant experience.
Increase gross bookings by setting up merchants for success, optimizing accounts and identifying opportunities to upsell
Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats to merchants

What you'll need

Business acumen and commercial awareness when deal-making and identifying opportunities for growth
Internal/external stakeholder management and communication skills
Sales pipeline management skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Experience with CRM
Ambitious, hard working and determined
Resilience when handling rejections
Competitiveness and persistence to close deals and hit targets
Confidence and enthusiasm when pitching and able to think logically to build a persuasive value proposition
Creative when problem-solving and handling objections
Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory
