Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Health tech

We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our mission of revolutionizing healthcare delivery. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining the robust technical foundation that powers our innovative healthcare solutions .
You will, in this role, be:
- Design, implement, and maintain our Kubernetes-based infrastructure
- Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform and other Ia C tools
- Support our compliance efforts with MDR, ISO27001, and SOC2 requirements
- Lead and contribute to our cloud migration strategy and implementation
- Implement and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab
- Design and implement Git Lab pipeline templates and shared configurations ️
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and infrastructure reliability
- Manage and optimize our message queues, monitoring solutions, and database systems.
We work with modern technologies including Kubernetes, My SQL, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, Active MQ, Terraform, and Git Lab - all carefully selected to build secure and scalable healthcare solutions .
We are using a Swedish hosting provider with planned expansion to a US public cloud.
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or Dev Ops roles

Strong hands-on experience with:
- Kubernetes cluster management and administration
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or similar)
- ELK stack for logging and analysis
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash
- Public cloud experience (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
- Solid understanding of network security and infrastructure hardening
- Message queue systems like Active MQ or similar
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are a plus
- Experience from regulated industries, especially healthcare
- Knowledge of healthcare software regulations (MDR) and security standards (SOC2, 27001)
