Are you passionate about creating safe and productive work environments? Fazer Sweden is looking for an experienced Senior Work Environment Manager to join our team. This role is key to driving safety and well-being across Fazer Sweden and Fazer Bakery. As a Senior Work Environment Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring compliance with work environment legislation, improving workplace conditions, and fostering a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work environment initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the Work Environment Act and other relevant regulations.
• Lead safety reporting and work environment forums.
• Train managers in workplace safety and establish annual safety plans.
• Drive projects such as electrical safety and machine safety improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on safety standards and regulations.

What you'll bring to the team
To be successful in this role, we believe you have five to ten years of experience from the work environment field, a degree in engineering, combined with a strong understanding of Human-Technology-Organization (MTO) perspectives. You have experience in updating current work environment legislation and implementing the practical implementation. In addition, you have experience from ergonomics, noise and vibration measurement, machine safety as well chemical health risks. It is meriting to have knowledge about ISO 45001.
We see that you will benefit from having experience from a production environment. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English, in written and spoken form, is essential for influencing key stakeholders.
You should also be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, engaging with cross-functional teams that include site managers, union representatives, and external partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are key, enabling you to assess work environments and propose practical solutions to create safer and healthier workplaces.
